Led by Executive Chef Armando Navarro, our menus boast seasonally-driven, elevated casual California cuisine sourced from local Sonoma County farmers and purveyors. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an elegant prix fixe dinner designed to delight with every course. Begin with a welcome pour of rosé Champagne and a refined amuse-bouche, then linger over seasonal favorites—from luxurious sole roulade, lobster cannelloni, to tender filet mignon. Finish on a sweet note with rose water crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, or Meyer lemon cake.

Spend a leisurely late morning with Chef Armando Navarro as he guides you through the Sonoma Farmers Market, Vella Cheese Company, and the Farmers Patch. Along the way, you’ll hand-select seasonal fruits, vegetables, and artisanal cheeses alongside the chef himself, discovering the ingredients that will inspire your evening. Later that night, return for an intimate six-course tasting menu personally curated by Chef Armando, featuring the very ingredients chosen by you and your guests earlier in the day. In between, enjoy a tasting at Three Sticks Wines, the perfect way to savor the afternoon before dinner. The Chef’s Experience is $185 per guest, with optional wine pairings available for an additional $95 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Offered for parties of 1–8 guests, this experience may be reserved as a standalone dining event or as part of a hotel stay package.
