The El Dorado Kitchen announces the debut of its new gourmet café, Eldorado Kitchenette. Led by Pastry Chef Octavio Alcantar, formally of the French Laundry and Bouchon Bakery, El Dorado Kitchenette opened June 2007.

Located in the El Dorado Hotel, in the heart of downtown Sonoma, Eldorado Kitchenette highlights the El Dorado Kitchen's and Octavio's five star culinary expertise, including fresh homemade pastries, gourmet sandwiches, organic salads, espresso drinks, cold beverages, wine and beer and house-made soft serve ice cream, complete with a variety of decadent toppings.

Eldorado Kitchenette encourages people to enjoy breakfast or lunch by the fireplace in the El Dorado Hotel's relaxing lounge, in the hotel's outdoor stone courtyard or on the Sonoma Plaza green. There is also limited seating inside the café.

Eldorado Kitchenette is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
