El Dorado is proud to do our part, from energy and water conservation to recycling; we have implemented the following measures:

• Furnishings, flooring and other elements created from reclaimed, natural products
• Cuisine featuring locally grown produce largely from small, organic farms
• Environmentally friendly bath amenities by Pineapple Hospitality
• Landscaping featuring drought-tolerant plants
• “Green Sealed” non toxic cleaning products used in all guest rooms and public areas
• Green linen and towels program allow guests to help conserve water usage
• Employees lesson the “footprint” by carpooling, biking and more
• Partnership with Benziger Winery Biodynamic Farms to grow and produce locally and organically in same soil that some of our wines come from.
• Eco friendly to go packaging
